We've designed our mats to support you through every part of your practice. To stay clean on your mat, and to keep it in optimum condition, we recommend taking the following steps to care for your mat.

Machine Wash - Machine wash alone with detergent in COLD water (no bleach or fabric conditioner).

OR

Hand Wash - Run a small tub of detergent and cold water, submerge mat and clean. Avoid over-scrubbing.

• Hang mat to dry, but avoid direct sunlight.
• To speed up drying, wrap your mat in a towel and squeeze out any excess water.
• Do not put in tumble dryer.
